Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Account data: name, email address, and avatar (via Clerk authentication).
• Workspace data: workspace name, slug, and content you create.
• Billing data: payment information is processed by Stripe; we store only customer and subscription IDs.
• Support data: tickets and messages you send through the app.
• Technical data: IP address, browser user agent, and audit log entries for security purposes.

• To provide and maintain the service.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To send transactional emails (invitations, ticket replies, billing notifications).
• To detect, prevent, and address security or technical issues.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We share data with the following sub-processors:

• Clerk — authentication and user management.
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
• Resend (or your email provider) — transactional email delivery.
• Your hosting and database providers.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Audit logs are retained for security and compliance purposes. You can request deletion of your account at any time via your account settings — see Section 5.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — download a copy of your data from your account settings.
• Deletion — delete your account and associated data from your account settings.
• Rectification — update your profile via Clerk's account portal.
• Portability — data exports are machine-readable JSON.

We use cookies and localStorage strictly for authentication (Clerk session) and theme preference. We do not use marketing or analytics cookies by default.
